Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Coosa County, Alabama. You will work in a catering unit. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
