You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Full-time with occasional weekends.
