Waitress — Schuyler County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Schuyler County, Illinois. You will work in a five-star hotel. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts You will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. Rotating shifts. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
