Kitchen porter wanted in Sonoma County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Sonoma County, California. The job is in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
