Great opportunity: we are hiring a presser in Delta County, Colorado. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. You should have: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep The role involves: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number We offer $29 per hour plus benefits.
