Framing carpenter — North Lanarkshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a framing carpenter in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. The role involves cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. Requirements: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Own basic hand tools Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
