Port container crane operator wanted in Marinette County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Marinette County, Wisconsin. The job is in a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins Requirements: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Strong attention to safety and load limits Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
