Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights and steady balance • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience The role involves bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
