Now hiring: dozer operator (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dozer operator in Alpena County, Michigan. Day to day you will push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid. Requirements: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
