We are recruiting: assembly operator (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an assembly operator in Mason County, Michigan. You will be based in a packaging and assembly workshop. Your main tasks: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
