Requirements: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S The role involves follow the work instruction sheet for each station; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench.
