Coating plant operator wanted in Ijebu North East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Ijebu North East, Ogun State. You will be based on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
