Lifting rigger wanted in Denbighshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Denbighshire, Wales. The role involves calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads. Ideal candidate: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
