Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Six days a week, one day off.
