Great opportunity: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Wilkes County, Georgia. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. You should have: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Day to day you will clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; set up and start the machine as per the job card; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet.
