Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and peak meal times • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app Your main tasks: • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation 3+ years on the tools preferred.
