Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass and glazing technician in Macon County, Illinois. You will be based at a glass and aluminium factory. What we are looking for: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools The role involves: • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames Performance bonus on top of base pay.
