Counter butcher wanted in Morgan County

Join our team: we are hiring a counter butcher in Morgan County, West Virginia. You will work in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
