Join our team: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Kabba/Bunu, Kogi State. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Confident with standard crane hand signals On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
