Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Kearny County, Kansas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Full-time with occasional weekends.
