Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 1+ years on the tools preferred.
