On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Performance bonus on top of base pay.
