Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Ogori/Magongo, Kogi State. The job is in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness.
