Great opportunity: canteen cook (Florida)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Santa Rosa County, Florida. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off.
