What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Full-time, day shift.
