Now hiring: QC inspector (Pennsylvania)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a QC inspector in McKean County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
