We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation worker in Adams County, Wisconsin. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. Day to day you will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. You should have: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Willing to travel between sites At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
