Immediate opening: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Florence County, Wisconsin. The job is on new-build apartment projects. Requirements: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Can read electrical and piping schematics • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces On the job you will handle: • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
