Now hiring: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Barnwell County, South Carolina. You will be based on commercial and industrial sites. Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious The role involves: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
