Great opportunity: we are hiring a production operative in Lincoln County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. On a typical shift you will clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. You should have: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay.
