Shuttering carpenter wanted in Yadkin County

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Yadkin County, North Carolina. The role involves set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
