On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 5+ years on the tools preferred.
