Immediate opening: we are hiring an ironing operator in Boone County, Nebraska. You will work at a garment factory. The role involves clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; give each garment a final press before packing; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
