Gas pipeline fitter wanted in Yuba County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Yuba County, California. On the job you will handle: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Meals and transport allowance provided.
