Immediate opening: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Stokes County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Basic grinding and fettling skills The role involves: • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale 5+ years on the tools preferred.
