The role involves top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Valid driving licence for site call-outs Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
