Blocklayer wanted in Derry City and Strabane

Vacancy available: we are hiring a blocklayer in Derry City and Strabane, Northern Ireland. You will be based on a new-build development. You should have: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks You will cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
