Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Otero County, Colorado. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
