Now hiring: we are hiring a presser in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. On the job you will handle: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Full-time, day shift.
