Cnc turning machinist wanted in Labette County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Labette County, Kansas. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Full-time, day shift.
