Falsework carpenter wanted in Vermilion Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a bridge and flyover project. On the job you will handle: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
