Join our team: we are hiring a tig welder in Isoko North, Delta State. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints You should have: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection 4+ years on the tools preferred. ₦295,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
