We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Clark County, Indiana. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided.
