Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Doniphan County, Kansas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
