Furnace operator wanted in Greeley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a furnace operator in Greeley County, Nebraska. You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards The role involves shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
