Urgent requirement: we are hiring an insulation installer in San Mateo County, California. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. The role involves: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations Requirements: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding We offer $10,750 per project plus benefits.
