Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Ocean County, New Jersey. You will work at a banquet hall. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
