Incoming goods inspector • Hancock County, Tennessee

Immediate opening: we are hiring an incoming goods inspector in Hancock County, Tennessee. You will be based at a food processing unit. Requirements: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Day to day you will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
