On a typical shift you will bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; insulate and ventilate the roof void; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens. Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
