Safety marshal • Rockland County, New York

Join our team: we are hiring a safety marshal in Rockland County, New York. Day to day you will update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site. Requirements: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
